Chappell Central is always striving to improve their customer service in all areas of the company. Last week, Craig Meyer, one of the owners of Chappell Central, went to a business meeting where many ideas on how to improve customer service were shared between all the attendees. There were business owners were 6 other companies who attended the meeting from various locations: Missouri, Mississippi, Texas, Indiana, Florida, and even Ontario, Canada. Craig discovered that although Chappell Central in unique, it shares a lot of the same challenges as other small businesses. He explains, “I learned that no matter where we live we face a lot of the same issues: economy, business, and that we’re all trying to improve in very similar areas.”
Chappell Central continues to expand what they are offering to their customers for products and services for both residential and commercial customers. For instance, the upcoming addition of Mobile Tech software will help set Chappell Central above the rest in terms of customer service. Craig is confident that this technology will help his staff provide the best service possible, “Mobile Tech is the right move to best serve our customers in terms of accessibility and response time.”
The management at Chappell Central are not the only ones who continue to learn how to excel in customer service. The service techs at Chappell Central know their stuff and continue to get educated. Minnesota Air and Carrier recently put on a class about the new line of Carrier high-efficiency furnaces. It was a great opportunity for the Chappell Central service techs to brush up on their skills and learn about the latest in heating technology including installation & service. Ron Roufs, Service Manager at Chappell Central, thought the training was very valuable and is excited about the new product offerings. He said, “The new line of Carrier furnaces are quite impressive!”
Craig and the other managers at Chappell Central are proud of their staff because they feel the people are what set them apart from other HVAC companies in West Central Minnesota. He explains, “We have the largest number of and most educated techs in our service area which means we can offer service 24/7 with the best results.”
At Chappell Central, Customer Service is always on our mind and it shows. Owners Craig Meyer and Barry Bakker pledge, “We truly care about our customers and we do everything possible to make your experience with us memorable.”
