Chappell Central, Inc. offers repair and maintenance service for all residential and
commercial/industrial heating and cooling products. Chappell’s service department
is composed of eleven service technicians, a dispatcher, a parts room manager and a
service manager. We stress continuing education that keeps them at the top of their
field so they are competent repairing all models of heating and cooling equipment.
Along with 24/7 emergency on call, we offer residential and commercial
maintenance agreement to give our customers peace of mind. Additional discounts
are given to our maintenance agreement holders on needed repairs.

We offer a variety of maintenance packages that keep your heating and cooling
equipment operating at optimum efficiency. An annual maintenance and safety
check can prevent problems that cause equipment to break down or malfunction.

In the commercial/industrial field, we install and repair large HVAC units, install and
repair pneumatic and DDC controls, install and trouble shoot commercial boiler burners
and commercial heat pumps, install and repair hydronic systems, repair light refrigeration
systems, just to name a few.

Residential services are offered within a 50 mile radius of Willmar. Commercial/industrial
services are offered in approximately a 150 mile radius of Willmar.
